Reactor Rod dev progress August 2022

Loads of progress since the last update...

* Enemy patterns improved

* Teleportation improved

* Score panel improved with additional graphics

* Keys and gates added

* Invisible and removable walls added and new additional graphics

* New graphics for rescuees. Now people can be rescued as well as loot collected

* Level 1 map completed

* First sound added

* Joystick tested and working

Most of the game logic is done, a few bits of tidying up to do now. The remaining things will be additional levels, graphics, sound and music. There's a few nice bits to add like a title and splash screen.
