Minor updates and v1.2 release

The download section is updated with Ghostship Delgado v1.2 featuring some very minor changes.

> When displaying the loading graphics, the timeout has been extended to 20 seconds before the game loads. A key can be pressed to skip.

> Cursor is now disabled when displaying the loading graphics.

Both the BBC Micro and Acorn Electron versions have been updated, along with the source code files.

Last week I also updated the island map and Yachting Weekly spoof page with some minor corrections/additions.
